The Northern tale in one act is based upon the story by Yuri Yakovlev. The performance for the youngest audience tells about a touching friendship between the little polar bear Umka and the Yakut boy, about how children observe the Universe, how the constellations of Great and Little Bear appear in the sky, about northern lights and other wonders of the world.
